གཞན་ཡང་ཉེ་ཆར་ཧོང་ཀོང་ནང་དུ་མེ་སྐྱོན་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་ཨིན་ཌོ་ནེ་ཤི་ཡ་དང་། ཤྲཱི་ལངྐ་དང་། ཝི་ཏི་ནམ། ཐའི་ལན་ཌི། མ་ལེ་ཤི་ཡ། ཕི་ལི་པིན་སོགས་ཀྱི་ས་ཁུལ་དུ་ཆར་རླུང་གི་འཇིག་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་འདས་གྲོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་དང་རྨས་སྐྱོན་ཕོག་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་དམིགས་ཏེ་གནད་སྨིན་འབད་སྒྲུབ་ཞུས་པའི་བརྙན།

After the nuns offered the Karma Pakshi Guru Yoga in the morning session, in the afternoon they offered the Tseringma Choga (Long-Life Sisters Ritual).
The Tseringma ritual is an important part of the Karma Kamtsang tradition and was performed previously at Tsurphu Monastery near Lhasa in Tibet. It is an offering to the five Tseringma –the five Long-Life Sisters– who are protectors of the Kagyu lineage. Their connection with the Kagyu can be traced back to Jetsun Milarepa, and a statue of Milarepa was placed prominently on the top layer of the shrine set up to the Tseringma.
The principal deity of this group of female protectors is Tashi Tseringma, and they are collectively known as the Tashi Tsering Chenga. 
In 2016 the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa expressed his hope that in the years to come, the nunneries would engage in an extensive practice of the Tseringma  Choga every year,  and consequently it has become part of the annual Arya Kshema Dharma Gathering. 
Prayers were offered for:
The champion of world peace, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Omniscient One, and His Holiness the Gyalwang Karmapa—may these father and son figures, and all the great unbiased holders of the doctrine wherever they reside, have their vajra bodies remain stable, and may all their vast aspirations for the doctrine and beings be accomplished according to their wishes, without obstruction.
Similarly, prayers for the swift rebirth of Kyabje Yongzin Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche and Khenchen Tsültrim Gyatso Rinpoche.
May all non-sectarian communities, wherever they may be, remain in harmony and pure discipline, and may the doctrine of study and practice flourish and spread.
May this noble land of India and all vast nations everywhere be free from all the degenerations of disease, famine, war, conflict, and the evils of the dark age, subsiding in their own place, and may all enjoy the glory of Dharma, prosperity, happiness, and virtue.
Furthermore, prayers were specifically dedicated and earnestly performed for those who have died or been injured due to the recent fire disaster in Hong Kong, and likewise due to the destructive forces of storms and floods in regions such as Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Following the two days of Tara ritual, the nuns enjoyed a holiday on the 30th November, but on 1st December they resumed the daily schedule: private study and memorisation, study of the topics with their teachers, practise debates in the Monlam Pavillion under the supervision of their teachers, and the debate competition in Tergar Shrine Hall in front of a panel of judges.
On the 1st December, groups Kha and Ga from the topic Tag-rig (Types of Evidence) competed together, and then groups Kha and Ga from the topic Pharchin (Perfection of Wisdom) debated.
On the 2nd December, groups Ga and Nga from Dus-pa (Collected Topics) debated, followed by groups Ga and Nga from Lo-rig (Mind and Awareness).
On the 3rd December, it was the turn of Tag-rig groups Ga and Nga to compete against each other, followed by Pharchin groups Ga and Nga.

At the noble site of Vajrasana (Bodhgaya) in the Noble Land (India) at Tergar Monastery, on the fourteenth day of the Tenth Spring Teaching session of the Arya Kshema, the entire assembly of monastics from the three nations—India, Nepal, and Bhutan—made the following dedications and prayers through the ritual practice of the Karma Pakshi Guru Sādhana this morning:

May the champion of world peace, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Omniscient One, and His Holiness the Gyalwang Karmapa—father and son figures— and all the great unbiased holders of the doctrine wherever they reside, have their vajra bodies remain stable. May all their vast aspirations for the benefit of the teachings and beings be accomplished without obstacles, according to their wishes.
Likewise, we pray for the swift return of Kyabjé Yongdzin Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche and Khenchen Tsültrim Gyatso Rinpoche.

May all non-sectarian communities, wherever they may be, remain harmonious, morally pure, and may the teachings of study and practice flourish and spread.

May this Noble Land of India and all vast kingdoms everywhere be free from all decline and degeneration—including epidemics, warfare, famine, poverty, and impurities—and may all enjoy the glory of dharmic prosperity and virtuous happiness.

Furthermore, this dedication is specifically offered on behalf of those who have recently died or been injured due to fires in Hong Kong, as well as those affected by floods and storms in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and other regions.

Today, the second day of the Tara ritual and the ninth day of the 10th Arya Kshema, the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa presided by internet link and joined with the entire assembly to offer “The Karma Kagyu  Tradition Tara Mandala Ritual: The Iron Hook That Draws the Glory and Wealth of Samsara and Nirvana"(ཀར་ལུགས་སྒྲོལ་མའི་མཎྜལ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་སྲིད་ཞིའི་དཔལ་ཡོན་འགུག་པའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ཞེས).

The ritual was performed with the following aspirations:

May His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the leader of world peace, and His Holiness the Gyalwang Karmapa—this father and son pair—together with all the great non-sectarian holders of the teachings residing throughout central Tibet, remain with vajra stability in body, and may all their vast enlightened intentions for the teachings and beings be accomplished without obstacle, according to their wishes.

May all non-sectarian communities, wherever they may be, be harmonious and pure in discipline, and may the teachings of explanation and practice flourish and spread.

May all the degenerations of this dark age—disease, famine, warfare, conflict, and poverty—that afflict the noble land of India and all countries far and wide, be pacified in their very place, and may all enjoy the glory of Dharma, prosperity, happiness, and virtue.
